Shipping Policy

Due to the custom nature of our art products, it takes time to personalize and build your order from the moment it is placed. 

​

Shipping Times:

• Within the US: Orders typically arrive within 3 weeks. Holiday periods may cause longer shipping times.

• UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: Orders usually arrive within 4-5 weeks. Peak holiday seasons may extend shipping to 6 weeks.

 

Shipping Cost:

• FREE global shipping on orders over $100.

• USA: $10 flat rate for orders under $100.

• Canada, UK, Australia & select Europe: $15 flat rate for orders under $100.

 

Important Notes:

• Update shipping addresses within 30 minutes of purchase via your confirmation email. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to adjust shipping addresses after the 30 minute window has passed.

• We cannot swap or edit photos once submitted.

• We do not ship to military addresses. If provided, we will request an alternative address and invoice for any cost differences.
